Customer service played the major role. Seated guests in a timely manner and assisted with servers during busy times. During the morning hours, around five hundred box lunches were to be made to take to the oil spill crews during the clean up period. I was able to experience natural disaster first hand and watch how it effected the surrounding cities and states.
